We deliver commercial plumbing and mechanical services across new build, fit out, refurbishment and planned replacement projects. That covers domestic hot and cold water services, heating and chilled water distribution, plant room installation, above ground drainage, and the associated testing and commissioning.
Our pricing works from issued drawings and specifications, with clarifications and exclusions stated plainly rather than buried in small print. Where information is incomplete, we survey and confirm assumptions in writing before submitting a figure, which avoids the variations that damage both budgets and relationships.
Much of our work is in buildings that stay operational throughout. Phasing, isolation planning, out of hours working and minimising disruption are treated as part of the job rather than an afterthought.
