We install and maintain HVAC and air conditioning systems across commercial premises, covering split and multi split systems, VRF installations, ducted ventilation, air handling units and associated controls.
Alongside installation we hold planned preventative maintenance contracts, which is where most of the long term value sits. Scheduled maintenance keeps systems at their design efficiency, extends asset life, and produces the service records required for compliance and for building handover documentation.
For portfolio clients we maintain asset registers across sites, so equipment ages, service history and replacement planning are visible in one place rather than scattered across individual buildings.
